John has been in construction since 2006, working in everything from small residential homes to mansions over 15,000 sq. ft. John holds multiple licenses in the contracting world as well as his agent license.  John has ventured out into different aspects of real estate, successfully invested in tax lien certificates and foreclosures. John has successfully completed his own fix and flips and holds his real estate salesman license with Carrena Property Management.
